Metabolic processes are tuned according to our biological clock and the rhythm of nutrition can only prevent unnecessary chaos in the body.
We usually think that the quality of food and sports are important for good appearance and physical well-being. And this is undoubtedly the case. But it is not enough. It turns out that the approximate fixation of eating time is no less important for our health. Why?
we can regulate the cyclical processes in the body . Sleep, waking, eating, physical activity, various activities, relaxation, entertainment, sex ... It does not matter when we do them and usually each activity has a specific "normal" time to perform. The fact is that when we sleep indiscriminately, we feel burdened, restless, stressed, with disturbed sleep. The same goes for other activities, including just as important for nutrition. Moreover, it has its own specific features: it is difficult to sleep after eating in the evening and it is not healthy and long periods of malnutrition during the day longer than 4-5 hours could lead to hypoglycemia, fatigue, stress and a number of disorders of metabolic processes.
So, whether we prefer to eat 5 or 2 times a day, it is beneficial for the biological processes in the body to have fixed the time in which we load the body with calories.
and vice versa. Getting out of bed in the morning, excluding the waking period, our metabolism is strongest. As the day progresses, the speed of metabolic processes decreases by 8 pm. They are usually slowed down and the body is ready to gradually enter a state of rest and well-deserved rest.
Whether you like to eat right after getting up or a little later, a meal in the morning should be in order for the body to have fuel to maintain its metabolism without drawing hidden resources. This guarantees her good physical well-being and mental condition. It is reasonable for the next meal to be after at least 2 hours, so as not to overload our body with food and digestive processes; and no more than 4 hours - so as not to fall into hypoglycemia, as during this time will be depleted of resources from the last food received.
Eating after eight o'clock in the evening is not desirable, as the metabolism is slowed down due to the natural biological clock and the food will remain incompletely digested before bedtime. The energy from it cannot be used directly.
in accordance with its biological clock, the processes of detoxification are much more possible. The main role in them is played by the liver, which also needs time to rest and recover to function properly. Our activity and our sense of physical tone depend on its detoxification. When we eat in the late evening and night hours, we make the liver work overtime, this creates a load on the body and ultimately deprives it of its ability to function optimally. Of course, over time, more and more toxins remain in the body because of something so simple.
Because usually an acidic environment is created in the body , and it predisposes to unlock many bad processes. A glass of juice, a little nut or fruit or vegetable between main meals, when our day is long and they are separated in time, is the best thing we can do in a healthy aspect.
It may not be right away if you are one of those who need more time to wake up and feel. However, most experts believe that breakfast should be taken within two hours of getting up , otherwise the metabolism slows down to save energy resources.
Probably because we have evolutionarily programmed our body so that its digestive power is strongest between 12.00 and 14.00. At this time the body is able to fully absorb the food and properly all the nutrients in it.
It takes two hours to transition from it to bed, which is a guarantee of good sleep. This interval may be longer, depending on your goals - if you try to lose weight the earlier hour of dinner will do you more work.
