Which Oils Help Us Lose Weight?

Scientists have discovered why certain types of oils not only do not lead to weight gain, but on the contrary - help us look thinner and thinner. These fatty acids are:

1. Coconut

oil Most oils circulating in the body are converted into fatty acids that are easily absorbed by fat cells. There they are stored and accumulated. However, coconut oil is rich in certain types of fatty acids, which instead of accumulating in fat cells, directly reach the liver, where they are utilized for the needs of the body. In addition, the absorption of these fatty acids burns more calories. Therefore, in the morning, instead of using ordinary oil, it is better to spread a slice of coconut oil. But beware - this type of oil raises triglycerides and cholesterol.

2. Enova oil

Like coconut oil, this type of oil is directly absorbed by the liver without accumulating unnecessarily in fat deposits. It has been found that if a person consumes between 3 and 8 teaspoons of it, they lose nearly 1% more weight and 3% more fat compared to the use of vegetable oil. Enova oil is suitable for salads as well as for baking. But it is not appropriate to use it when frying, as it changes the taste of food.

3. Peanut Butter

The mechanism by which peanut butter reduces body weight is not yet clear. Probably the reason lies in the combination of unsaturated fats, proteins and fiber, which on the one hand lead to a feeling of fullness, and on the other burn faster than others.
