Once the cause of warts is determined, it is good to follow a diet rich in vegetables, fish and unprocessed foods.

Warts are formations on the skin that are usually benign and have the appearance of a knot or a small round protrusion.

The reasons for their appearance are various: papilloma virus, mental disorders, weak immunity and others.

The first thing to do is to determine the cause of the warts . If the culprit is the lowered immunity, it is necessary to consume products containing vitamins from groups A, C, E. If the formation of warts is a consequence of constant stress and nervous tension, the emphasis should be on foods - antidepressants. Anti-cancer products should also be consumed. In the presence of papilloma virus, this may be the first signal of malignancy.

To be consumed:

  • sea ​​fish;
  • vegetables - tomatoes, pumpkin, beets, carrots, turnips, radishes, peppers;
  • fruits and berries - blackcurrants, all kinds of citrus fruits, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, prunes, dogwood, apples;
  • bread with corn, oat and rice bran;
  • leafy vegetables - celery, spinach, onions, garlic, dill, parsley, horseradish;
  • nuts, seeds and vegetable oils;
  • green tea, rosehip decoction, compotes, freshly squeezed juices.

Dangerous and harmful products in the presence of warts:

  • fast food;
  • alcoholic beverages;
  • a cafe;
  • a large amount of salt;
  • margarine;
  • canned food;
  • products containing E's;
  • sausages;
  • unleavened bread, especially with mold;

All these products contribute to the development of cancer cells, which is especially dangerous in the presence of genital warts and warts of a malignant nature.
