3. Go for the cakes. The cooled biscuit is removed from the mold and passed through a blender (meat grinder). In a container, mix the biscuit crumbs, cream and brandy / rum. Part of the cream is left for decoration. The resulting mass is divided into 10-12 parts, from which we form cakes. Mix the powdered sugar with cocoa powder and roll the products. "Potatoes" can also be filled with ready-made chocolate herbs. Remove the dessert in the cold before cooling and eat with pleasure.

Recipe 2: Potato biscuit cake

Light version of "potatoes". There is no need for biscuits, and you can take absolutely all types of biscuits, purchased or baked at home according to the original recipe.

Ingredients:

- 300 g of sweets

- 150 g of butter

- 200 g of thick condensed milk

- cocoa powder - about 4 tablespoons. spoons with slide

- 100 g of walnuts

- a teaspoon of vanilla
