Everyone knows that nuts are a natural source of essential vitamins and minerals for beauty and health. Despite the fact that all nuts are beneficial to the human body, scientists identify several "most useful" types, which we want to introduce you to.
It is interesting that our ancestors made amulets from hazelnuts to protect and bring good luck, believing in the supernatural abilities of this nut. Today, hazelnuts are known as a source of magnesium and B vitamins that support the nervous system. It helps relieve muscle tension, relieves pain, reduces fatigue and relieves spasms, which is why many doctors recommend including hazelnuts in the diet of physically and mentally working people.

The famous Hippocrates used the walnut and its leaves to treat various diseases, and modern scientists call this nut a source of health, as it is one of the largest sources of nutrients. Walnut kernels contain a large amount of iodine, so doctors strongly recommend including them in the daily menu for those who have problems with the thyroid gland.
Did you know that walnuts are widely used in the beauty industry? For example, hard shells are used in the preparation of scrubs. A decoction of the leaves is great for fighting acne, excessive sweating and strengthens hair.
Note: the most tender and delicious fruits are September, it is in September that a fresh crop is harvested, which is distinguished by a light skin and a soft nut kernel (later it acquires a bitter aftertaste).
Both adults and children are advised to eat a handful of almonds daily. You will ask why? The fact is that almond nuts contain one of the most important minerals that support the vital functions of the body - calcium. Also, almonds are rich in magnesium and potassium, which are necessary for maintaining the work of the heart and blood circulation. Almonds contain vitamins such as E, B2 and B3.

Brazil nuts are rich in selenium, which acts as an antioxidant that helps fight "bad" bacteria and viruses. Interestingly, selenium is best absorbed by the body along with vitamin E, which is also present in Brazil nuts. There are 2,000 micrograms of selenium in 100 grams of these nuts, far more than you need for your daily allowance, so 3-4 Brazil nuts per day is ideal if you want to get the right amount of selenium. In addition to selenium, Brazil nuts contain trace elements such as magnesium, phosphorus and thiamine.
Pine nuts are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, so they are especially useful for those who have been diagnosed with heart disease. Moreover, the oil of these nuts has long been known as a remedy for diseases associated with the digestive system. Pine nuts also have a high content of iodine, which helps to regulate weight and improves metabolism.
Nuts are a healthy, but hard to digest food, so experts advise soaking them in water before use. Due to the content of enzyme inhibitors, the human body absorbs only about 20 percent of the nutrients and minerals contained in nuts. During soaking, enzyme inhibitors are broken down, so the nuts are easier to digest, so the body absorbs more nutrients. Almonds and hazelnuts are advised to soak overnight, all other nuts from 6 to 8 hours.
And remember, you need to eat nuts regularly, but in small quantities: one small handful of nuts a day will enrich your body with the most important vitamins and minerals.
Stay healthy and beautiful!
