The exotic fruit grows in Malaysia, Polynesia, Australia and Southeast Asia. Noni is the Hawaiian name for the plant Morinda citrifolia, also known as "pork apple", "Indian bean / mulberry".
The plant is a small evergreen shrub.
The noni fruit has been known for its healing properties since ancient times. It has been used as a medicine and prophylactic against the development of various diseases, some of which we listed at the beginning. To these we can add: fever, diarrhea and constipation. For this purpose, all parts of the unique plant are used - the leaves, flowers, bark, the fruit itself and more precisely - the juice from it.
Noni juice contains over 150 biologically active substances, a full range of vitamins and minerals, a significant amount of amino acids. Among all the listed substances, there are two that do not occur in such a concentration in other fruits. These are damnakantal, which is believed to fight cancer cells, and proxeronine - responsible for the condition of the skin, hair, teeth, muscles, joints and many organs, especially the liver - the filter of the whole body.
Noni can safely be called the fruit of health. Scientists have proven that it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-cancer properties, and anti-edematous properties.
Studies show that more than 52% of the fruit is fluid, and the remaining 48% are ingredients, each of which has a beneficial effect on the state of the brain, blood, heart, connective tissues and the body as a whole.
Noni juice is really considered almost magical, because in addition to everything said so far, it rejuvenates the body, prevents the development of malignant tumors, helps to normalize blood pressure, regulates sleep, helps with neurosis, depression, chronic fatigue, allergies , kidney disease and hemorrhoids.
The juice has an excellent effect on digestion if taken before meals. It can be drunk without interruption and mixed with other juices.
Noni juice should not be taken at the same time as medication. It is good to take an interval of at least 30 minutes between taking them. Combinations with coffee, milk, tea, alcohol are also not recommended, and it is also not recommended to smoke for 15 minutes before and after consuming the product.
