In any case, raisins, before eating or adding to dishes, should be washed and steamed well. There are several ways to steam raisins: on the stove, in the microwave, in a double boiler, and simply in a cold way. Whatever method you use, raisins will in any case remain tasty and retain their beneficial properties.
Recipes with light raisin ingredient
Step 1
To soften the raisins, we need water, a slotted spoon, a saucepan, a paper napkin.
Step 2
Wash 100 grams of raisins well. Put in a saucepan and pour water (150 ml) so that the water is slightly higher than the raisins.
Step 3
Bring the water to a boil and immediately remove the pot from the heat. Leave covered for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the raisins with a slotted spoon.
Step 5
If it is necessary according to the recipe, dry the raisins on a paper towel.

Izum is ready for further work.

For work, we need raisins - 30 g, water - 50 ml, slotted spoon, microwave dishes, cling film.

Rinse the raisins well and place in a microwave-safe dish. Pour water over raisins.

Cover the top of the bowl with cling film.

Cook in the microwave at maximum power for 20 seconds. Leave in the microwave until cool.

Take out the raisins with a slotted spoon.

If necessary, dry the raisins on a paper towel.

Steamed raisins are ready to go.

For work, we need 100 grams of raisins, 150 ml of wine, 50 ml of water, a skimmer, a bowl.

Rinse the raisins well and place in a bowl.

Pour raisins with wine and water at room temperature. Leave for 3-4 hours.

Remove the raisins with a slotted spoon and, if required by the recipe, dry them on a paper towel.
Step 5
The raisins are ready to go.
