Cooks are very fond of cooking young green beans: they are very soft, tender and juicy. And besides, it is very quickly prepared at home. It is best to cook green beans immediately after they have been harvested. If you are not sure that the beans are freshly harvested, then soak them for 2-3 hours in cold water.
Pickled green beans have a great savory taste and will serve as a delicious independent snack, as well as an integral part of various recipes for snacks and salads. String beans can be pickled for the winter or using the express method. With the second option, you can enjoy pickled beans after 12 hours.
Recipes with the ingredient fresh green beans
Step 1
For pickling, we need fresh green beans (green or yellow) - 500 grams, salt - 1 tbsp. l., sugar - 35 grams, table vinegar - 50 ml, sunflower oil - 50 ml, water - 250 ml, 3 bay leaves, garlic - 2 cloves, black peppercorns - 4 pcs., 3 allspice peas, mustard seeds - 1 tsp, saucepan, colander, knife, kitchen board.

Wash the beans well.

Cut off the ends of each pod and if it has a hard vein, remove it.

Boil the beans in lightly salted water until tender (this will take 5 to 9 minutes, depending on the type of beans).

Prepare the marinade: combine water, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, peppers and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes. At the end, add vinegar and chopped garlic.
Step 6
Put the prepared beans into the hot marinade. Cover with a lid and leave to cool completely. Then refrigerate for 1 day.
