Recipes with salt
Step 1
To fry thin pancakes, we need the following products: wheat flour, 2 cups of water, sugar (1 tablespoon), salt, sunflower oil (2 tablespoons), 1 egg, frying pan, bowl, whisk.
Step 2
Take flour into a glass. The glass should be filled without a “slide”, evenly. We take 1 cup of flour and 2 tablespoons more.
Step 3
We collect water: exactly 2 full glasses.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine flour, 1 cup water, 1 egg, salt (1 tsp) and 1 tablespoon sugar. Beat well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Step 5
Add the rest of the water (1 cup) and sunflower oil (1 tablespoon). Mix. Leave the dough for 10 minutes.
Step 6
It is very convenient to pour the dough into a bowl with a “spout” and pour the dough into the pan from it.
Step 7
Heat up the pan well. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and wait for the first haze. Pour the oil into the dough and mix.
Step 8
Wipe the pan with a paper towel. The pan should only be lightly oiled.
Step 9
Pour the batter into the center of the pan and spread the batter all over the pan in a circular motion.
Step 10
Pancakes are fried quickly (about 1 minute each side). Determine the readiness of the pancake by its edge. It is the edge of the pancake that will tell you when it should be turned over. The edges of the pancake should be browned.
Step 11
Fry the pancake on the other side. Fire is medium. Fry all pancakes in the same way. Lightly grease the pan every two pancakes before the third.
Step 12
Fried thin pancakes are ready.
