Freezing is a great way to harvest green beans for the winter. For freezing at home, choose milk-ripened beans. Before freezing, asparagus beans should be washed well and cut off the tips.
Frozen green beans keep well. You can freeze it in different ways, depending on what dishes you will cook next. Green beans can be frozen raw, blanched before freezing, or boiled until tender.

Step 1
For work, we need green beans, a colander, a kitchen towel, a kitchen board, a knife, freezer bags.

First, the beans must be prepared: rinse well.

Dry the beans on a kitchen towel.

Cut off the ends of the beans on both sides.

Cut the string beans into manageable pieces.

Pack in freezer bags. Squeeze as much air out of the bags as possible. Send the green beans to the freezer for storage.
