You can freeze grapes in the same way as all berries and fruits. Frozen grapes after defrosting retains almost all the nutrients, and therefore freezing is one of the best ways to preserve grapes at home. From frozen grapes, as well as from fresh ones, you can prepare compote, jelly, fruit drink, sauce.

Frozen berries, without defrosting, can be added to pastries, they can decorate ice cream. Therefore, be sure to freeze yourself a few kilograms of delicious homemade grapes.

How to freeze grapes step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

 

For work, we need grapes, a colander, a plate, freezer bags.

Step 2

 

Rinse the grapes well, without picking the berries from the twigs. Dry completely.

Step 3

 

Pick off the berries, separating the spoiled and dented ones.

Step 4

 

Arrange the grapes in a single layer in freezer bags. Squeeze the air out of the bags as much as possible and send them to the freezer for storage.
