Drying zucchini at home

At the height of the season, zucchini bear fruit very actively. You bring them in huge quantities from the garden, cottage or garden plot. And besides, they can be bought on the market at a very affordable price. And if you have already pickled zucchini, prepared salads from them, rolled up a huge amount of zucchini caviar, froze zucchini in different ways, then you can also dry them for the winter.

It will be especially easy to do this if you have a vegetable dryer available. It will be enough to cut the zucchini into cubes and arrange them on the dryer grates. Drying is fast. After a while, you just need to put dry zucchini in a hermetically sealed jar. You can add dried zucchini to soups and stews at any time.

Zucchini is very easy to revive: just pour a glass of dry zucchini with half a glass of water. After a while, the zucchini will be ready to go.
