Housewives actively harvest sweet peppers so that later in winter the whole family can enjoy delicious dishes from it. Peppers are frozen, pickled, rolled up salads. A great way to harvest peppers is to dry them for the winter. Such pepper takes up little space, it is easy to dry, it is well stored, and dried pepper is very convenient to use for cooking various dishes.
Dried peppers are added to soups, stews, and used in baking bread. Dried bell peppers should be dry and crispy. Store such pepper in a dry container in a dry and cool place. It can also be ground in a coffee grinder and used as a food additive in dishes.

To dry the pepper, we need an electric dryer, a knife, a kitchen board and the fresh pepper itself.

Rinse pepper well and dry. Cut out the stalk and remove the seed nest.

Arrange in a single layer on the vegetable dryer racks.

Dry until ready at a temperature of 55-60 ° C. This will take approximately 10-12 hours.
