In cooking, nettle is widely used for cooking borscht, soups, side dishes, salads. It is added to fillings for pies and pies, sauces. And if in early spring everyone tries to use young fresh nettles, then at other times of the year, when nettles become old and tough, you can use nettle blanks, which are very easy to make in spring.
It is enough just to dry the nettle, and then add it as a powder to pancakes, omelettes, casseroles, cereals, first and second courses. Store dry nettles in a tightly sealed jar in a dark, cool place.
