Their weaknesses are the legs, which suffer from swelling (especially the ankles), rheumatism, varicose veins, abscesses, tumors. They often suffer from various infectious and cold diseases, so it is important for the representatives of the sign to keep their feet warm.
The main problems of Pisces in terms of nutrition are related to the fact that they have a weak liver and the detoxification processes are disrupted. In addition, their distraction is the reason for the creation of improper eating habits: overeating, craving for sweets. Following a diet can only help avoid many diseases.
The representatives of the sign should not overdo the use of sugar and fat. Reduce consumption of dark meats, fried foods, spicy sauces and toppings. Fluid intake should not be overdone.

To maintain good health, Pisces should adhere to proper nutrition, avoid fast food and try to eat at the same time. Separate feeding is very suitable for them , which reduces the load on the urinary system, reduces the fermentation processes and helps for better digestion.
To lose weight, it is good for fish to rely on long-term diets, diets prepared by nutritionists and proper nutrition systems.
