Necessary products

For the dough:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp sour cream
  • 1.5-2 tsp flour
  • 200 g of walnuts
  • 200 g poppy
  • 200 g raisins
  • 1 tsp baking soda quenched in vinegar
  • vanillin
  • cinnamon (optional)
For the glaze:
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 corner. boiled condensed milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4-5 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 0.5 tsp sugar

Method of preparation:

Thoroughly mix the eggs and sugar. Add the cream, baking soda, vanilla and mix well. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts and in each of them add poppy seeds, raisins, and walnuts, as well as flour. Knead the dough. Roll out the three varieties accordingly and bake from them (at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes). You can check the readiness with a toothpick.

Arrange the baked loaves in the following order: with the raisins, then with the walnuts and finally with the poppy seeds. Spread the layers (without the top one) with a mixture of boiled condensed milk and butter (200 g).

Make the glaze by melting the butter (20 g) in a bowl, add the milk, sugar, cocoa and cook on low heat (be sure to stir constantly) until the mixture thickens. When the icing gets the desired consistency, immediately pour it over the cake.

Decorate to your liking. It is best to leave the dessert in the refrigerator or in a cool place to absorb the different flavors for 10-12 hours and then serve.

Enjoy!
