Shrimp are one of the most delicious and pleasant to eat seafood delicacies that can be prepared in countless ways. Breaded shrimp with white flour and beer

Required products :

  • 3 proteins
  • 100 milliliters of beer
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 9 grams of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • frying fat
  • 500 grams of cleaned shrimp

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites in the snow. Mix the flour with the yeast in another bowl, add the salt and beer. Add the protein mixture to the flour and mix gently.

Dip the shrimp in the dough and fry until golden in preheated fat.

Required product and:

  • 300 grams of peeled shrimp with tails
  • 50 grams of coconut shavings
  • 150 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and coconut shavings.

Roll each shrimp in flour, dip in the eggs (pre-beaten), then in the coconut mixture and arrange in a pan on a sheet of parchment.

Method of preparation :
