Grifola curly description

Maitake (maitake, dancing mushroom, ram mushroom, lamb, curly vulture) is an amazing mushroom, somewhat similar to oyster mushrooms and morels. It is quite rare and very useful.

Lamb is a fairly large mushroom. Its weight can reach up to 4 kilograms, and the largest specimens weighed up to 10 kilograms. These mushrooms contain minerals and vitamins, making them very healthy to consume.

The mushroom has a wonderful taste and has a delicate aroma. Mushrooms cook very quickly. They can be boiled, fried, steamed. Before cooking, meitake should be well cleaned of forest dirt and rinsed.
