There is no special diet for enuresis , but the menu should be rich in vitamins (especially vitamin C), minerals and nutrients. Of the drinks it is better not to take carbonated ones, to drink juices, compotes, oshav. Dinner should be as dry as possible, for example: buckwheat porridge, rice, you can add butter, boiled egg, bread with jam or cheese. Eat 3 hours before bedtime, and meals are 4-5 times throughout the day.
Decoctions of St. John's wort, St. John's wort, plantain, yarrow, blueberry leaves, sage, comfrey roots, blackberries and blueberries, crushed rose hips, fennel seeds work well on the genitourinary system.
It is not recommended to drink too much fluid, and two hours before bedtime it is best not to drink anything at all. Milk porridges and soups before bed are not suitable. Spices and spicy foods are harmful, do not take diuretic products (especially coffee, tea, kefir, chocolate, cocoa, carbonated drinks and those containing artificial ingredients, watermelon, apples, cucumbers, cranberry juices).
