Enuresis is a problem characterized by random urination, usually during sleep. There is no special diet for enuresis, but the menu should be rich in vitamins (especially vitamin C)

There is no special diet for enuresis , but the menu should be rich in vitamins (especially vitamin C), minerals and nutrients. Of the drinks it is better not to take carbonated ones, to drink juices, compotes, oshav. Dinner should be as dry as possible, for example: buckwheat porridge, rice, you can add butter, boiled egg, bread with jam or cheese. Eat 3 hours before bedtime, and meals are 4-5 times throughout the day.

Decoctions of St. John's wort, St. John's wort, plantain, yarrow, blueberry leaves, sage, comfrey roots, blackberries and blueberries, crushed rose hips, fennel seeds work well on the genitourinary system.
