The diet is based on the intake of six different types of porridge : wheat, millet, oat, rice, barley and buckwheat. This diet should not be used more than once a month and in no case for two consecutive weeks. If you want to repeat the diet, do it at the earliest a month after you have completed the first stage, but it is best to wait two months. To maintain good general health, it is recommended twice a year (once every 6 months).

Every day, cook a porridge of different cereals, in the order in which you will see below. On the seventh day, mix equal amounts of all the porridge consumed in the previous six days.

How are porridges prepared?

One tea cup of cereal (200 to 250 grams) is poured with 3 tea cups of boiling water, let it boil for 5 minutes. The porridge is then removed from the heat, the dish is wrapped in a towel and left overnight. This means that the day before you start the diet, you should prepare your first porridge.

In the morning, half an hour before breakfast, drink a glass of hot boiled water on an empty stomach (do this every day while adhering to the diet). You can add fruits, vegetables, drink tea, coffee, juices (but not carbonated drinks or syrups) to the porridge.

A very important condition is not to add salt, sugar and fat to the porridge or to other products and drinks. Do not consume meat, fish, sweets and alcohol during the diet, of course.

All porridges are prepared with water, you can afford milk, but it is diluted in half with water.
