Blepharitis is a common eye disease that manifests itself in the form of redness of the eyelids, it can occur at any age.   • hen eggs;
  • all kinds of dairy products;
  • bread: with bran, black, wheat;
  • all kinds of nuts and dried fruits;
  • all kinds of cereals and porridges thereof;
  • bean cultures;
  • vegetables: all kinds of cabbage, potatoes, corn, peppers, beets, carrots;
  • mushrooms - crow's feet, mushrooms, etc .;
  • fruits: pomegranate, citrus, watermelon, melon, peach, apricot;
  • vegetable and spice leaves: spinach, sorrel, dill, basil, garlic, onion, horseradish, lettuce;
  • drinks: juices, compotes, fresh filtered water.

Harmful products for blepharitis:

  • too greasy, fried and salty foods;
  • confectionery;
  • marinades and smoked products;
  • semi-finished products, fast food, fast food.

All of them should be excluded from the menu because they increase the amount of gastric juice, and this has an adverse effect on the stomach, resulting in swelling of the eyes in the morning. Do not drink large amounts of fluids, because it will burden the kidneys and genitourinary system, which leads to additional swelling of the face and eyelids.
