When you overdo it with caffeine, you may experience symptoms such as tremors, palpitations, and even worse.

Excessive consumption of caffeine is extremely dangerous, especially when it is often obtained with coffee , energy drinks or other foods.

It turns out that if you weigh 56 kg and consume 106.64 cans of Red Bull energy drink , you can actually be fatal.

 

A person with the same weight, who has consumed another type of energy drink - Monster , can have the same thing happen only after 53.32 cans.

Up to 400 mg of caffeine a day is safe for most adults, according to researchers.


 

It is the equivalent of a few cups of coffee or 10 cans of fizzy drinks or two energy drinks . Children should not take caffeine in any form.

 

 

When you overdo it, you may experience symptoms such as insomnia, nervousness, anxiety , irritability, stomach upsets , rapid heartbeat, muscle tremors, and in severe cases, seizures and death.

 

Caffeine acts as a stimulant that can also bring health benefits. According to some scientists, it can reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease and some cancers.
