Chicken breasts

PREPARED IN AN AIR FRIED

Products: kosher salt, 4 pcs. boneless chicken breast, olive oil spray, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 cayenne pepper.

Preparation: Knock the thicker end of the chicken so that it cooks evenly.

Fill a large bowl with 6 cups of lukewarm water and add 1/4 cup of kosher salt, stirring to dissolve. Add the chicken breasts to the water and let them cool for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from water, dry with paper towels and discard the water.

In a small bowl, combine 3/4 teaspoon of salt with the remaining spices. spray the chicken with oil and rub everywhere, then rub the spice mixture over the meat.

Preheat the fryer. Add the chicken to the air fryer basket and cook in batches at 200 degrees, turning the meat until browned on the outside and uncooked, about 10 minutes.

NOTES

Make sure your salt is kosher. The table salt will be too salty.

 

Chicken bites wrapped in bacon

PREPARED IN AN AIR FRIED

Ingredients: 500 g boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2-3 cm pieces / bites (about 30 pieces), 10 slices of bacon slice, cut into thirds, optional sauce - your favorite sauce or Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping

Preparation: Heat the fryer. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick. Bake in hot air in batches in an even layer at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, turning in half until the chicken is cooked and the bacon is browned. .

Chunks of mozzarella

PREPARED IN AN AIR FRIED

Ingredients: 2 cups freshly grated mozzarella, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 egg, 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan.

Preparation: Preheat the fryer in hot air to 200 degrees. On baking paper, add cornstarch and parmesan to the grated yellow cheese and mix well. Form the mixture into balls the size of bites and put in the freezer (45-60 minutes).

In a small bowl, beat the egg. In another small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder and breadcrumbs and mix well. Dip the bites into the egg and roll them in the bread crumbs and place again on the baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. egg and breadcrumbs and place in the basket on the air fryer.Cook at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, remembering to turn them often.When the balls begin to melt, transfer them back to your baking sheet. Garnish your mozzarella bites with marinara sauce or one of your favorites.
