We will need:
Processed cheese - 1 pc.; Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.; Garlic - 1-2 cloves; Mayonnaise - to taste; Tartlets - 7-8 pcs.; Cucumber, sausage and peppercorns - for decoration.
Grate eggs, cheese and garlic on a medium grater. Season with mayonnaise and mix. Divide the salad among the tarts. From black peppercorns, make the eyes and nose of a mouse (a symbol of the coming year), from a slice of cucumber - ears, and from a thin strip of sausage - a tail.

Send the trout along with the liquid into a deep salad bowl and mash. Add rice, chopped tomato, chopped onion and herbs, grated apple. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise, add pepper and salt to taste if desired. Divide the prepared salad among the tartlets just before serving.
