Nuts are deservedly considered one of the most useful and valuable foods. They are rich in protein and whole fats. As a source of essential amino acids, they can even replace meat to some extent, which has long been appreciated by vegetarians.

Nutritionists also pay special attention to nuts. Although they are very high in calories, they are actively included in various diets for weight loss, and in some of them they are a staple food.

 

Today we will look at a three-day diet with nuts .

The daily menu consists of :

 

  • 50 grams of any nuts;
  • 100 grams of lean meat or fish;
  • 1 cucumber or 1 medium tomato

 

You can drink as much liquid as you want all the time: plain or mineral water, green and black tea without sugar.

It is good to diversify the nuts as much as possible, do not consume the same species on all three days.

You can cook fish and meat in all known ways, except frying. Cook, steam or bake, but without using any additives, salt or fat.

For three days, this diet will help you get rid of 2-3 pounds.
