How to lose 5 pounds in 10 days?

This unloading diet helps those who want to lose weight to significantly lose weight in an extremely short time. For 10 days, eat according to the following principle, alternating: one day - a protein diet, the next - a carbohydrate. Thus, for the specified period you will have 5 protein and 5 carbohydrate days.

Protein day

  • In the morning: 1 glass of water on an empty stomach;
  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and lettuce (cucumbers, lettuce);
  • For the rest of the day, eat boiled chicken, which is prepared as follows: put the chicken in water, boil for 5 minutes, then discard the water, pour clean and cook until the meat is ready without adding salt. The amount you need to consume for the whole day is about 700-800 grams of chicken, distributed evenly over time.
  • Be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water a day and do not eat after 19:00.

Carbohydrate day

  • On this day, the menu is vegetable, includes up to 1.5 kg of various vegetables (for example: 500 g of cabbage, 500 g of raw beets, 500 g of raw carrots).
  • The vegetables are chopped or grated, mixed well and mashed by hand. You can add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the salad. It is consumed in small portions (7-8 times) throughout the day without salting.

Adhering to this diet, in just 10 days you will say goodbye to 5 kilograms of your weight.

Remember that you should not abuse the unloading diet. Too long a period of compliance can seriously damage your health.
