To make this drink, you need to mix equal parts (1 teaspoon) of mint and thyme, pour a glass of boiling water. Leave the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes, then it should be steamed for another 10.
One teaspoon of mint leaves is mixed with 1 teaspoon of wild apple fruit. Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Then the tea should be brewed for another 10 minutes in a warm place (you can wrap the dish with a blanket, for example).
