Necessary products :

  • 300 grams of fresh spinach
  • 3 dry lasagna leaves
  • 400 grams of white sauce of choice (Béchamel)
  • 170 grams of lasagna
  • 150 grams of shrimp 
  • 25 grams of parmesan
  • pinch of nutmeg

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Steam the fish or stew it lightly in a little water. When cool, cut or chop into pieces.

Put the spinach in a colander and pour boiling water, immediately afterwards rinse with cold. Drain and place in a bowl. Season to taste.

Soak the lasagna leaves for 2 minutes in boiling water.

At the bottom of a rectangular form greased with oil put a sheet of dough, then 1/3 of the sauce, which flatten and spread half of the spinach, half of the salmon, and half of the shrimp on it.

Cover with the second lasagna sheet, spread with sauce again, followed by the shrimp and fish.

Finish the last one. crust, which is also drizzled with sauce, sprinkle with a little grated nutmeg, parmesan, black pepper and salt.

Bake for about 25 minutes to form a yellow crust.
