Necessary products:

 

  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 grams of small mushrooms
  • 100 grams of fine fresh potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • wooden or metal skewers

 

Method of preparation:


Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes. Take a skewer and stick the vegetables alternately. String mushrooms, garlic cloves, potatoes, tomatoes.

Heat a grill or barbecue and bake them. Melt the butter and mix it with salt, pepper and finely chopped dill.

During baking, pour the skewers with the mixture and turn to bake evenly. When ready, serve and enjoy their taste.
