Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of cabbage
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 2-3 onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • parsley or celery

Method of preparation:

Put the cabbage to boil in slightly salted water for 10-20 minutes. Then take as many leaves as you need, let them drain well. Remove the stems with a knife.

Prepare vegetable stuffing from carrots, onions, parsley and form Carmi. Fry them lightly in oil, then transfer them to a saucepan, fill with water, put the tomato puree, close the lid tightly and put in the oven on low heat for 30-40 minutes to simmer. While they are cooking, pour the sauce from time to time.
