Required products :

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon liquid whipping cream
1 teaspoon dried lavender
1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon sour cream
pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Whip the cream until you get "hard peaks". Add condensed milk, sour cream, vanilla and finally lavender. Distribute the resulting mixture in suitable plastic ice cream molds and freeze.
