How To Cook Vanilla Cake With Pieces Of Pears And Yogurt - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of yogurt - 150 grams of wheat flour - 200 grams of granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons of oil - 2 eggs - a pinch of salt < br> vanilla to taste 
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 
  • 2 pears 
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven (175 degrees), grease a pan with a diameter of 25 cm, and cover with parchment.

Mix in a bowl yogurt with sugar, vanilla and put a pinch of salt. Stir and add the oil, pouring it in a thin stream without stopping the process. Then beat the eggs and beat everything thoroughly.

 

Pour the flour into a separate bowl. Add the soda, baking powder, and pour the liquid combination that you prepared a while ago. Put the grated lemon peel and make a uniform dough.

Distribute it evenly in the prepared form, sprinkle with cane sugar and add the pre-peeled, cleaned seeds and cut into small pieces pears. Stir.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven until golden (about 40 minutes are enough).
