  • 600 grams of turkey meat
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 2 sliced ​​pickles
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 grams of red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • salt, pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the pan with a sheet of non-stick paper and put diced zucchini and cucumbers in a blender. Beat several times and drain the water. Put the vegetables in a bowl and add the onions.
