  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon sliced ​​almonds
  • 150 grams of sour cream

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak chia seeds in the evening in fresh milk. In the morning, put the chopped mango in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
