Required products :

  • 200 milliliters of fish broth or water
  • 800 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice (chopped)
  • 700 grams of pink salmon canned in its own sauce
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400 grams of olives
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • butter
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and saturate the garlic cloves and onions, fry them in a saucepan with a thick bottom in a small amount of hot fat.

After 5 minutes, pour the fish broth (you can use plain water), pour the tomatoes along with the juice and cook everything on high heat for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the salmon with its canned juice, olives, cook the soup for another 2 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the portions with chopped fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
