How To Cook Tiramisu With Lemon Liqueur - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon limoncello liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 packs of cookies / 40 pieces /

Mascarpone cream :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 450 grams of mascarpone cream at room temperature
  • 280 grams of lemon jam / 1/4 of it set aside for decoration /

Decoration :

lightly roasted almonds
lemon jam

Preparation :

 

  • In a small saucepan, heat the lemongrass, water, sugar and lemon juice over medium heat until the mixture boils. Reduce heat and cook until sugar is completely melted, stirring often.
  • Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.
  • In a deep bowl, whisk the cream until the stirrers begin to form soft peaks when you lift them.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone with 3/4 of the lemon jam.
  • Mix the contents of the two bowls and mix well.
  • Pour the syrup into a shallow bowl, quickly dip the cookies one by one / 1/2 of them / and arrange them in a rectangular pastry form.
  • Spread 1/2 of the mascarpone cream on them.
  • Repeat with the other half of the biscuits and cream, flattening it with a knife if necessary.
  • Garnish with lemon jam and sprinkle with roasted almonds.
  • Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with a smile and good mood!
