Necessary products:

 

  • 2 kilograms of pork counter fillet
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • salt, black pepper, paprika, ground cumin to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 100 grams of ground nuts of your choice - almonds, walnuts, cashews
  • 100 grams of prunes
  • thick binding thread
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 200 milliliters of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon chili

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the fillet in half, but not completely. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin to taste. Spread with melted butter on all sides and fill the middle with nuts and dried fruits.

Using a thread, tie the meat in several places and place it in a tray. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into a shape of your choice. Add them to the pork and add chili, red wine and water.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the dish for 50-60 minutes. Cool, cut the roll and serve the dish garnished with potatoes and baked sauce.
