Method of preparation:
Put the strawberries in a bowl and pour the cream and condensed milk. Beat until creamy. Add the mascarpone, cookies and stir.
Freeze the ice cream in a box with a lid, first covering with cling film. After 2-3 hours, pour into dessert cups and decorate with a few crushed biscuits and strawberry syrup. Serve and enjoy.
