Learn how to cook "Stewed pork with onion, ginger and mustard". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

500 grams of pork

2 - 3 teaspoons of mustard

2 onions

3 tablespoons flour

salt, pepper, ginger - to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat well, cut into small pieces about 1 - 1.5 cm thick and season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated ginger and spread with mustard. Put in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight). When you remove the meat, roll each piece in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Then pour a little water and let the dish simmer on very low heat for 30 - 40 minutes, periodically adding water because it evaporates.

Cut the onion into straws and fry it. It is added to the meat when serving. You can sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, serve with a garnish of stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta.

Enjoy your meal!
