Required products :

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic and mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (piri-piri, chili, sriracha)
  • generous pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons pecans (about 500 grams)

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 150 degrees.

Put Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic, mustard powder, hot sauce and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Add the nuts and stir to coat well with the spices.

Transfer them to a large pan, with the goal of distributing the pecans in one layer. Bake them for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan vigorously from time to time to turn.

Serve the nuts (hot or cold) in the company of iced beer.
