Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon crushed hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked pepper
  • 5-6 wooden skewers

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a bowl or bag.

 

Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add olive oil, wine, tomato paste, salt to taste and add red pepper, hot pepper and smoked pepper.

 

Stir the mixture and pour it over the meat. Stir and marinate for two hours.

 

String the chicken cubes on the wooden skewers, heat a grill or barbecue and bake on all sides. Serve warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
