Required products :

250 grams of wheat flour
200 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar (powder or sand)
1 egg (or 2 yolks) a
pinch of
vanilla salt on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation :

The oil should be at room temperature. Finely chop it with a knife and mix with the sugar, add a pinch of salt and mix gently with your hands to saturate with oxygen. Then add the egg or two yolks.

Sift the flour directly on the hob, forming a pile, and make a dent in the middle. Pour the butter-egg combination there and mix well with your hands.
Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
When it cools and takes it out of the fridge, roll it out and you can now use it as a base for a pie or make cookies, shaping different shapes and forms.

15-20 minutes of baking are enough, and the degrees should be 180.

If you knead more dough than you need, you can freeze it and store it for 3 months.
