Necessary products:

 

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 100 grams of shredded cow's cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/3 tea cup yogurt
  • 1/3 tea cup of carbonated water
  • 5-6 stalks of fresh dill
  • black pepper to taste
  • 400 grams of pie crusts
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

 

Method of preparation:

 


In a bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, cream, milk and sparkling water. Stir until smooth and season with dill and black pepper.

 

Set aside and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a pan put two by two half of the pastry crusts, grease them with butter and add the filling.

 

Spread, grease the other half and assemble the pie.

 

Glaze with butter and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden crispy and when ready, wrap it with a damp cloth.

 

Cool, cut, serve and enjoy.
