Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, cream, milk and sparkling water. Stir until smooth and season with dill and black pepper.
Set aside and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a pan put two by two half of the pastry crusts, grease them with butter and add the filling.
