Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 30 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon milk (warm fresh)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 grams of white wheat flour
  • beaten egg yolk to spread on the surface of the roll before baking

For the filling:

  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 grams of fresh ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams of dark raisins

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the two eggs, sugar, salt and butter. Then turn the flour and knead the dough. Let it rise, it will double in volume. Then divide it into two parts, which roll out to a thickness of 1/2 centimeter in the form of a rectangle.

Add the sugar to the ricotta, mash with a fork, stirring at the same time. Add the eggs, butter, vanilla extract and finally the raisins.

Spread the finished filling on the dough and roll two rolls, which wait for them to rise. Make shallow cuts on their surface without reaching the filling, spread with beaten egg yolk and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
