Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Wash the snails with cold water and dry.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Mix them with butter, add salt and other spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Arrange the snails in a suitable container, sprinkle them with white wine as desired and put the aromatic oil on each of them.
Bake the dish in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with a glass of white wine and toast.
