Required products :

  • 4 sausages
  • 500 grams of sauerkraut
  • 60 grams of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams of beef broth
  • butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • pinch of cumin seeds
  • a pinch of sugar
  • left
  • pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut onions and bacon into small cubes. Fry them in oil together with the garlic clove and at the end of cooking put a pinch of sugar.

Pour the broth, add the bay leaf, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

Then pour the pre-washed sauerkraut and let everything simmer on low heat for an hour.

Bake the sausages on the grill or in the oven. Serve them with the prepared sauerkraut.
