Required products :

  • 1 pork fillet
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Method of preparation :

Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper and place in a pan.

Mix in a bowl the breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, garlic and Dijon mustard. Spread on top of the pork fillets with the resulting mixture and bake them in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 60-75 minutes or until done.

Allow the meat to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the meat with a garnish of boiled carrots and mashed potatoes if desired.
