Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet
  • 1 teaspoon high-fat cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • frying oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

 

Heat a frying pan and roast the chicken in it until it acquires a golden crust (again on both sides).

 

Add the crushed garlic cloves, mustard, thyme, salt to the cooking cream, add a little ground black pepper and stir the sauce.

 

Grate the cheese.
