Required products :

1 cup rice

1 tomato

2 carrots

3 onions

100 grams of pork

100 grams of chicken

5 tablespoons oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and stew in oil on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

During this time, grate the carrots on a large grater, add them to the onion, stew together for another 10 - 12 minutes on low heat. Transfer to a saucepan. Stew the tomatoes, which you have previously peeled from the skin and cut into small pieces. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, do not use fat. Then pour it into the pan with the other products.

Cut both types of meat into small pieces and fry them for about 3-4 minutes. Add them to the pan.

Then pour a cup of rice and pour 2 teaspoons of water. Add salt to taste.

Stir and let the dish cook with the lid closed on low heat for about 18 - 20 minutes.
