Necessary products:

250 g powdered sugar

5 egg yolks

2 proteins

250 ml sour cream

1 ready made Madeira cake

600 g of raspberries

For kisses:

3 proteins

175 g powdered sugar

1 lemon

For decoration:

fresh strawberries

apricot jam

Method of preparation:

Pour into a small saucepan 150 grams of sugar and 100 ml of water, heat slowly until a clear mixture is obtained. Increase the heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Beat the yolks and add them to the boiling syrup, stirring constantly until cool. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and gradually add the remaining sugar. Mix with the yolks and whipped cream. Cover a wide form with foil, cut the cake into 3 parts lengthwise, place 1 "tray" on the bottom of the pan and cover with raspberries. Put a layer of egg cream on top. Repeat 1-2 more times until the products are exhausted and freeze overnight.

Make the kisses. Beat the egg whites with 1 tbsp sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then gradually add the remaining sugar without stopping to beat. Remove the terrine from the pan, place in a suitable fireproof dish and decorate with the kissing mixture on top and sides using a pastry syringe. Give the kisses a golden color with a kitchen burner and then freeze the dessert.

Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries and apricot jam.

Enjoy!
